Here are just a few images of past trips across the UK which helped shape the car into what it is today. After every trip we come home with new ideas to change things. Frequently we make changes as we travel, often it's not till we go away that something becomes an obvious change. All these trips were done with less in the way of creature comforts than we have now. All you really need is a bed and a map...
The trip to Cornwall where we wired up the voltmeter and made an awning in a beach car park.

The trip to North Wales where we climbed Snowdon, Ben fell in a bog and we camped in beach car parks.

The trip to the North of England when we were eaten by midges and saw some puffins. Ben's poor first attempt at wiring also ran both batteries flat :/ oops.
